Mt. Koshikidake Courese

Leaving the forests of Ebino Plateau to the south and ascending a steep slope, one arrives at a different world of wetlands and grasslands amid a slightly depressed volcanic crater. One can walk around the crater of Mt. Koshikidake and view the Kakuto Caldera to the north and the Kirishima Mountains and Sakurajima to the south.
